Refund policy

Returns Policy & Right of Withdrawal

Our Returns & Refunds Policy lasts for 14 days from when you receive your order. In this time you are able to get a refund. Due to the possibility of products selling out, we are not able to accept exchanges at this time. For this reason, we recommend following our helpful sizing charts to ensure you order the correct item. Instead of exchanging, we recommend following the return policy above and then making a separate purchase for the new item. Please do email us if you are needing help with sizing.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@hellhound.uk.

EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal

If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the last item, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by submitting a return request through your account before the withdrawal period expires.

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method you used for the original order.

 

Conditions for Return

Returned items must be unworn, unused and in their original condition and packaging. 

 

Return Shipping

We do not cover return shipping costs and your original shipping fees will not be refunded.

 

Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled by visiting your account and requesting a cancellation.
